    9:45am – Catch KTEL suburban bus from Pedion Areos to Lavrio port. Trip is 2 hours.

    2:00pm – Board the Christiana VII (Ocean Star 51.1)

    Had a big breakfast to start the day, then a fair bit of travel with a 2 hour bus ride from Athens to Lavrion which is on the south coast.....was quite interesting to see suburban parts of Athens ...

    STAFF/SERVICE: Impeccable service. I found the staff we came across positive, and very attentive.

    ANIMATION TEAM: There is a plethora of activities organized for children & adults daily. The team is a bunch of cheerful youngsters.     ... is only 3 minutes walk from the metro station. And it was only 5 min walk to the acropolis museum and Plaka. After settling down for an hour, we walked around Plaka before our dinner at Thanasis. Thanasis is a well known souvlaki restaurant in Athens. We had dinner there.     ... the road at 1.30am to see what we could find. After trying two places Kylie decided third one will be a charm and this it was. Felt like we walked into someone's house, they were watching sport then offered to cook us pizza. 2 pizza's later and 5 beverages for 25 euro...BARGIN!
