... cool city, we didn't see the touristy part of the city to much but we walked the streets and drank some coffee and ate some Irish pastries, they were pretty delicious. We only had two hours there so we didn't see to much, but we had a good time. ... I was never worried about ourselves I thought we might witness a bicyclist get smooshed between buses more than once. There was a miscommunication with our host so we stayed in a hotel in Clonmel that night and she picked us on Friday at noon and took us to the farm. Did a 20 mile white water rafting trip of the lower main Salmon River.

Highlights

Met with the rafting crew at 7.30 am for our drive up to the drop in spot.

... Being Left Coast Southerners we are sissies. Towing a 14,000 5th wheel down a road fraught with black ice does not sound inviting. Our lack of driving experience in the cold and slippery will cut our visit short........ as will our pink noses.

... Concrete barriers one one side and a basalt cliff on the other. Most drivers favor hugging the double yellow line in the middle of the road, including this one. We make it through unscathed- again.

A few miles down the road we come to the outskirts of McCall. We turn right on Mission, then Scott Road down to McCall RV Resort. We set up and relax the rest of the evening.
