... residence hotels. I've mentioned these guys in an earlier post, I think, because they sometimes go on vacation together to "see America." Today we left camp early and stopped for McDonalds breakfast and groceries in Greeley, a few miles east of Boyd Lake SP. From here US-34, meets with I-76. At breakneck speeds we passed feed lots full of beef cows fattening up before the slaughter. The smells of a feed lot are unforgettable. Just endless fields of manure and ...

    I don't like my anger

A travel blog entry by jamesminard11 on Jun 19, 2014

I never liked my anger that's inside of me. I always wish I could make it disappear, but nothing can just disappears, it's just gone for awhile. But then it comes back. I don't like my anger because I don't want to make people scared of me. I want people to know I am kind and caring, Not scary and cold hearted. I don't like being angry because I don't want to get angry enough to hurt people. I don't like hurting ...

We're not living there next year, and knowing that I have to say goodbye to it for good just makes me so sad. It's been such an amazing year with so many great memories in that place. It's the perfect location, my room is ridiculously huge, and plus, who doesn't love living with their best friends?! ...

Last of Colorado and a week in Waukee Iowa

I have a few more pictures from our time in Colorado to share as well as several pictures with the Timm family, who we visited in Waukee, Iowa. They had triplets in December, and with three other children, it was a full, busy house! We helped feed, change, play with and rock the babies and get some other fun things accomplished too. Also met the kids real grandmothers!
