This place was so gorgeous, the service and setting was perfect, the breakfast is why this fording get 4 stars!

The first day we had a fresh cooked to order breakfast, each day after that it was buffet style and so wakeful all we noticed anyone eating was the toast!

Enjoying good food

Thailand - Koh Pha-ngan

After 5 days in Samui we decided to hop on the ferry to Koh Phagnan, we opted for the Seatran there are 3 different types and whilst this isn't the fastest at about 50 mins it's the most comfortable. We booked our first night online and chose the Hacienda because it looked really nice and was reasonable priced at £13 a night. Well we arrived …

... for my own good and got over charged £20 for the first 2 nights. Imogen then found it cheaper on-line so we booked it for the rest of the week; so for my incompetence, Imogen deducted £20 from her half of the bill and rightly so. She had in fact saved us £100 for the whole week. I will learn one day. Hopefully. I know Dad she's absolutely correct and Mum will be in the background saying 'Oh ...

... about 25 mins for the egostistical Spanish girls to take photos of themselves.

Still, ride home was great fun, sun going down, cool breze and watermelons while we completed our circle of Koh Toa. Rest of night spent buying Aloe, and for Sarah, fending off the urge to panic (couple of freakouts and feeling sorry for ourselves). A long, hot a sticky/painful ...

Koh Tao 3/5-7/5 Our dive school was close to the ferry and just on the edge of the main town. They put us up in a decent bungalow but the fan provided little in the way of cooling us. We were thrown straight into the course and had to do 5 hours of theory and questions not long after we had arrived. Being stuck in a classroom doing tests was not the reason we went travelling, however we were fully committed to the course and we took it seriously, ...

Day 9 - To Pang

A travel blog entry by bbiisshh on Apr 13, 2014

... about the place, we went for supper on the beach which was nice as there was a barbecue but it just wasn't ko tao and there was no atmosphere on the beach at all. We ate dinner and both decided we wanted to leave sooner rather than later... So we walked through the village to a pay phone and to a tourist help office. The first help office couldn't have been more unhelpful but the one across the road from it managed to call ...
