What a beautiful morning we took our time this morning which nice. Bryan and I went for quick snorkel then we all got organized for our trip to Staniel Cay. Our first port of call was Nassau. Located on one of the 700 islands that make up the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Nassau and Paradise Island. Good thing I ran yesterday morning. My muscles needed a warmup and a wakeup for this morning's race. If you don't know, there's a 5K Castaway Cay race. It's free, and with free races, there's not much to it. But it was grueling (the humidity and heat are just major frustrations) and yet, really satisfying once done.
