The next day we packed and got a shuttle to Fort Lauderdale. The excitement was tangible as we went through customs and security. The boat is huge- the biggest one in the world! Allure of the Seas has 6,200 guests and over 2,000 crew members. Eventhough it seems like a huge number it doesn't seem that crowded because the ship is so big! ... the one next door. None appeared to be tourists (or at least, none were sporting hats, cameras and travel guides like we were :), so we felt like we has selected somewhat of a local hangout, which is what we had wanted.

We finished dinner too late to catch a ferry back to Paradise Island, so we easily hailed a taxi to return us across the bridge to our hotel, and the Royals game.

... is consistently rocking and i hear many people complaining about it. We met a nice couple from Virginia and spent most of the day with them. Lunch today was Guys Burgers Val found the meat a bit gristly I on the other hand thought it was good. The choice of toppings was great. But I still can't pass up the Fish Tacos.
