Instead, they built a little jungle paradise here in Uvita, where a two-story house, surrounded by lily pad ponds, rainforest, spider monkeys and a hidden waterfall in the back, served also as a money generating lodge that supported their family here in Costa Rica. We also saw two poisonous frogs on our hike ...

It is quite frightening to me... lol .. so I usually let out a little scream. Some of the people even went head first.. maybe I was a bit of a wimp but I decided to do it seat first. Maybe some day I will build up the courage to do it head first.

... the birds and animals seem to come out and play. There is a lot of noise in the jungle - plus those little beatles continue to make a racket.

Tonight when Joanne was looking out the window, she called me over to see what was outside. There were a lot of lights in the sky - like fireflies but they seemed bigger and there were many colours from green to red and blue. It was really cool.

Joanne just started working on her own travel pod today. We added ...
