    The rain has stopped and the sun is shining - its a gorgeous morning for our trip onto the Franz Josef Glacier.

    We're off again this morning. Can't quite describe how chaotic our suitcases are but we are getting used to the jumble. The clothes are not so much packed - as just stuffed in!

    We leave Hokitika for our drive to the Franz Josef glacier, but en-route we stop to visit the Hokitika Gorge. It may not be the Grand Canyon, but it is still quite impressive.
