    ... red blood and so are all one love and one people!! After our visit we then went to ' the ultimate Jerk Cafe ' for a lunch of jerk pork and chicken and something like a doughnut! When we got back to the hotel we found strawberries dipped in chocolate and a bottle of sparkling wine in our rooms for Valentines Day! A nice touch and hope you all had an exciting day!!!     ... in the Caribbean was on the cards whilst sucking on the free local beverages after the race. The finisher medals were amazing and certainly one to hang in the pool room. We had meet lots of great people and the run was such a fun atmosphere.
