... a nearby trattoria and we were on our way, we managed to get through Pisa unscathed. We were on a tight schedule as we only had about 1 1/2 hours to get to Florence, find a park, then get to our accommodation. ... but not blue. I think the thing that makes it a florentine is how long they hang it before hand as it was very rare and red but hardly any blood. Was definitely worth it but glad we split it.
