          Another sunny day... Patrick is eating breakfast and exercising... I amd drinking coffee and eating more digestive biscuits. Patrick will lose 10 lbs on this trip... I will lose nothing ... All but one went out to sea because two people died on it on the way down so it was being held under investigation. Glad I wasn't on it.
