    ... plates of antipasto, salamis, cheeses and a bottle of Italian wine, a 2007 Gemma Barbaresco (Nebbiolo grapes) purchased in Bellagio. They finished their meal with a Chocolate and star anise tart for dessert.

    Video Girl and Battery Boy then danced around the courtyard to classical music until they fell into the pool to the sounds of Andrea Bocelli singing Nessun Dorma.

    They had so much fun together. It was a special night for them both.

    Today was an early start to travel over the hill to Chalong Bay then out to Phi Phi Island, some 40kms off the coast of Phuket. At this time of year, the Monsoon Season, the Andaman Sea can have a bit of a swell, but the trip over was not too bad. However, the boat had engine trouble about 1km off the coast of Phi Phi Island.     ... paddler who took us into grottos and caves. Fabulous! We weren't able to pop through the caves like Steve and I did 12 years go because the tide was rising and the opening kept getting smaller and smaller. As it was, we had to lie flat in the kayak as we entered each cave, as our noses skimmed the top of each opening. Exciting and beautiful.
