We got back from Costa Rica and had less than six weeks to prepare for the longest trip we have ever embarked upon. We leave on May 7th for California where we still spend a few days with Paul possibly helping do some clearing and then head up and down the coast camping from Monterrey to Mendocino. We are heading back to Africa from May 28th until August 15th. Spending time in Kruger National Park in South Africa, Wildlife camp in Zambia and do ...

We were eligible for an upgrade to an executive suite, which was really gorgeous! The rooms were huge! A few problems with the hotel however; first of all, if you stay there, ask for a room facing the inside, not one with a view. The noise was AWFUL. Maybe I should change.

... talking music with Eric. Good times. No hangover since it was organic wine. And then spent the day doing more uninspiring paperwork.

I had to stop doing paperwork so I researched the best barbeque in Texas and found that the apparent best barbeque in North America was in Austin: Flinder’s BBQ. Well, I went there and lined up. During the line up a blind guy started crossing the road and then stopped in the middle of the road ...

The countdown begins to our Rocky Mountain High vacation. This trip promises to be an adventure packed with hiking, real mountain biking, photography tours and a ride up the mountain on a gondola. We are hoping to see black bears, bald eagles and elks.

This time around I am taking a different approach. We will establish a home-base then do day trips to a different location. ...
