18/2/11 - 21/2/11 Kho Tao
7 hour bus journey, 3 hour wait "sleeping" on a hard floor at the pier and finally a 3 hour boat ride but we made it to the East Coast of Thailand - Kho Tao! Lovely! We spent 3 days here, our days on the beach playing bat and ball and nights eating bbq chicken and beef. Next stop Kho Phangan.

Strandparty, auf hoher See, Inselhopping

Keine 10 Minuten später wateten wir durch das flache Wasser am Sunrise Beach und kletterten an Bord unseres Ausflugsschiffes, Das Boot war schon gut besetzt, überwiegend von Israelis und Partygängern, die in der Nacht zuvor nicht allzu viel geschlafen haben dürften.

Havet är djupt
... båten för vårt första dyk. Vilken känsla, vilken frihet och så mycket vackert man fick se i form av fiskar och koraller i det klarblåa vattnet kallat havet. På botten, c:a 12 meter ned fick vi göra några praktiska test så som att tömma masken på vatten. Vi gjorde ytterligare ett dyk vi en annan dive-site och dagen efter ytterligare 2 dyk och denna gång blev vi filmade så korka upp en flaska vin, luta er tillbaka och njut av det stora blå.
