      ... which was fun. The overnight bus was quite an experience but surprisingly comfortable until we broke down and had to wait for another bus!! We got there in the end and waited for the ferry to take us to Ko Tao. When we got off we headed straight for the east side of the island but had to go back as where we wanted to stay had no room!       ... and ensuring we have the correct guard and stance when throwing anything from a kick, knee, elbow or punch. Once shadow boxing finishes there is more cardio work which usually involves kneeing a punch bag for 3mins before moving on to pad work to further improve our technique.

      ... of my own. At some point the party moved from the bar and into the pool, where we partied until about 4am. I ended up naked for a while but not before falling over running around the pool. I don't know what I tripped over but I somehow managed to break a toe! So what an incredible party! An £80 bar tab, neon paint and a broken toe adds up to one of the best parties over ever been to!       ... waiting for Craig to come back after exploring I finally got in the water and started swimming for about 2 seconds before a man from the boat threw in a bit of bread which I instantly knew attracted fish so I freaked out and swam in the opposite direction to another boat and was on it quicker than I ever thought I'd be able to achieve.
