      Peace and quiet

Really quiet and comfortable place to stay. Choice of large tents or bungalows on the cliff top or rooms below. Stayed in a bungalow on top of the cliff and room below. Both good though the view up top is amazing, the room is smaller but has its own terrace.

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is a really nice place to relax overlooking the sea and it is only 7 minutes from Bang Bo. The restaurant is a little more than you would pay on the mainland but we found it no more pricey that the restaurants in Bang Bo and at the hotel you get a great portion size! Great stay, would visit again!

We ended up extending our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere with the restaurant sitting over the water. We stayed in the backpacker hut and had a beautiful view of the sunset over the cliff top, but there are a range of different accommodations available. Very helpful staff with a range of activities at the doorstep. Also, good association with a dive school if you're into that.

The restaurant\communal area has an amazing view and you can easily spend all day here. The rooms are rustic as desribed but suited us just fine (we had the upgrade to include toilet and shower-worth the extra money). The huts are very basic and don't forget your toilet-roll! You will definatlely be close to nature :) The owner,Sean, is eager to help with any questions. Took us out for a Songkran soaking which was brilliant fun.
Wish we could stay longer, may well redirect my trip later on to come back.

Slept quite well. 7.40 out of bed and downstairs by 8.00, when a man appeared from the house next door and said 'Taxi?'. A relation? We saw a bit more of the eastern part of the town and arrived at the airport after 25 minutes. Having checked in we found the Bangkok Airways lounge and had coffee and tasty bites to eat: a choice of ham sandwiches, …

Breakfast. Amanda read a novel in the morning, I read Rough Guide to New Zealand. To the village for lunch: fried chicken and chips with salad, and big fat noodles with prawns. Having seen Amanda's grilled chicken yesterday I thought that the fried Laos version would be about the same size. However it seemed to be all the white meat of a whole …
