... Ayun. Again this temple was set in nice grounds, surrounded by a wide moat, and was the main temple of the Mengwi kingdom when it was built in 1634. It was nice to have a break, take some pictures and escape the tour groups from the previous site.

Back in the car again (both with very numb bums after sitting on the boat back from Gili T for 3 hours followed by a 2 hour car journey yesterday!) and our driver was all set to take us back ...
