      ... Mangroves where we saw lots of different birds and vegetation and 3 crocodiles who swam right up by the side of the boat ! Crocs are territorial and practice solitary living apart from at the mating season so the guide gave them names.       ... so we had to spend time in the bar!!! Last night we tried out the Steakhouse which was excellent although I had lobster which was a strange thing to find at a steakhouse!       ... slower and stop! I think we've got to between the last 2!!! We now have our own personal waiter who totally looks after us and grovells to our every need for the hope of a dollar here and there! His name is Super Mario!!! Tonight we tried out the Italian restaurant which was excellent and we'll go there again, there are 4 speciality restaurants here. It was Reggae night so singing and dancing to a live group and yet more Bob Marley!! Yeh Man!!! Hope everyone ok ...

      ... now complete as Pete ha snow connected the camera up in the cattle shed and we can watch everything that is going on as clear as a bell!! Last night we saw the tail end of the Caesarian that had to be performed !! Quite weird watching your own cattle so far away!!! Yes Rod you guessed it ! He found the heart!!       ... running in the first place. If anyone has any interest in doing this run drop me a line as I would highly recommend it. The event doesn't sell out and you can register right up to 9pm the night before. Accomdation and travel in Jamaica is reasonable you just need a cheap flight.
