My obsession with trivia contests was well fed on this trip. I was on two different teams, one for the morning game and another for the evening pub trivia. The morning team was comprised of a couple from Seattle, two men from Boston and me. We were very sensible and finished near the top of the league.

The pub team consisted of me and 5 American woman who not only fought over answers but argued with other ...

... It was a grey and overcast journey down the Gulf of Mexico, but great to be back on a boat. The hotel was really good and I enjoyed exploring the town that first afternoon, but now I've been, there's no need need to return. So to the final weekend. We all just let go and had a great time, eventually Danielle had had enough and I took her back to the room. I met Sue back down at the club and we went for a smoke, I turned the corner and boom who do I see...None other then Puk and he's beautiful girlfriend. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to have a chat so I went right over and we spoke for a ...

... On the way back, we passed a huge two huge iguanas (we are talking at least 3 feet) and First Mate made a mental note not to walk outside at night.

We stayed for four pleasant days and nights in Fort Lauderdale. It was an interesting town. It is no longer the place for spring break that it used to be but is still very crowded. The strip by the beaches has tons of shops and restaurants and it is pleasant to stroll down the sidewalks if one does not mind being jostled by ...
