    The other dish is something cooked. Each day you might get either a pancake of some sort with banana and coconut, or occasionally veg. Then - in some places - on the odd day you get this 'thing' called French Toast. It consists of thin sweetish white bread that has been soaked in egg - fried, then honey with a bit of lime juice sprinkled over it.

    Following our adventures in Borneo we went to Bali and stayed in the 5 star rather than 5 skull accommodations. We joined our son Bj and his wife Laura in Bali and proceeded immediately to the north coast stopping at a few temples and a market along the way.
