    I was in the mood for Italian for dinner, so we headed up to this little place called Alfresco's on the beach. Nice deck right on the sand. I got lasagna which was flat, but still ok. Alex got chicken parm, which was very tasty. Brian got the pasta special, with seafood.

    ... Off to Smith's Cove! We found a lovely shady spot to plop our belongings and started our snorkeling adventures. Taking turns, we saw a nice variety of corals and fish. the water was clear and warm. quite lovely.
