    We spent the morning at the campsite figuring out what type of battery we needed to order and how to change it. I have been super impressed by Chris and everything he has learned about the Westy. Some things are too big and need a mechanic of course but overall he has been great at figuring out and fixing all the little problems. I try to help be his wingman and do some research and bounce ideas around but he has really stepped up to take care of the van. ...

    wind going with the current keeps the waves smaller. A north wind, for
    example will cause the Stream waves to stack up as short period,
    breaking high as 30ft with the winds we experienced! Those
    waves would be called "Walking Elephants."
