... the break but every now and then a bigger set will come in and dump you right on the beach. It would be totally unsuitable for kids. The pool however is beautiful. The Villa Estancia is part of three villa complex (we are in the middle) and the atmosphere is pretty gentle. But if you go to the complex next door there are little kids everywhere, a waterslide into the pool and Iron Maiden playing on big speakers around the pool.... its the party pool! ...

... room to move and supposedly a good captain. Also, the deal was BYO for a 6am start.

We met Doug there bright and early, we brought the beers because on the boat he donated a bottle of tequila to the leaving party which we did a pretty good job of so we owed him. We had a carton of beer because we are going to be at sea for 8 hours and you never know, sometimes the crew gets thirsty.

Well the first beers were cracked at 6am, the same time ...

Cabo does not have a cruise terminal so the Island Princess docked about mile off shore. At about 9:30 we strolled down to the tender point for the short ride across to the pier. All the excursions had already left by then so there were no queues. We were ashore by 9:50.
