... Lyndi, who had organized the "colony visit" from our previous blog also won an award. She won Editors Choice for most dedicated volunteer. What great recognition for her considering she lives in California. She was completely unaware that she had been nominated or recognized. She and her husband were brought along by another new friend of ours Tyler, who manages a popular local restaurant called Desperado's, which by the way also won several awards that evening.
