... to meet at the airport before heading into town together. The airport is miles from anything, and despite the shuttle driver’s best efforts to kill us by careening along at well over 120km/h, it took some time before any signs of civilisation appeared.

And oh, what signs these were. Los Cabos is comprised of the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, and all between and throughout lie the huge fortress mega resorts. ...

... solid silver necklaces for $1. We stopped at a bar to people watch while enjoying Marguaritas, tacos and free wifi. That's when I was able to send out our first two updates. Back on the ship at 4:30pm, Min and Boomer went to the pool, bit and Oh went to the buffet and we went to our cabin, took showers and went down to the fancy dinner. Mom did some laundry and we called it quits for the night. Boomer called from the piano show but we were done.

... Miami vice mocktail whilst Ken had a margarita and it must've been veryyyy strong hahaha because he fell asleep on the bed whilst I was having a shower and now he's very drowsy lol lol lol! ... beach bars or restaurants like the ones we've been enjoying here in Los Cabos, as the beaches in Cancun are lined with hotels. We spent the afternoon relaxing on the comfy sun beds eating more tasty nachos with a bucket of beer right in front of the incredible view of the mountains and the sea.

... completely failed to do so once our brains were more focused in keeping our lungs working properly!

By the time you get down and walk to the Pyramid of the Moon (a smaller version of the one we just climbed) the sun is so high and burning you just envy the Mexican guy in front of you with the big sombrero!

Survival tip No 48,392: Take water!... and buy a sombrero!
