... Strolled around the medieval streets and found an authentic 14th century pub, being the first customers of the day enjoyed a local beer in front of a roaring open fire. Liked the place so much and the prices we stayed for lunch, endulged in some very nice traditional Czech food.

I use my interrail day of train travel to visit Kutna Hora in the Czech Republic before I catch the direct 4 hour train to Bratislava. The small town was founded on the mining of silver ore and by the 13th century it was producing a third of all European silver.
