We have a very nice room but OMG--there is a strange noise that randomly occurs at various moments, which sounds like a champagne cork popping -- LOUD, happened all thru the night and woke us both up and then made it difficult to sleep. We think it has something to do with the construction of the ship, but who knows? You know it's bad when the waiter at breakfast commented on how tired I looked this morning! :))

... can't get over how young we looked back in 2002...what a difference those few years made.

I'm so thankful that another passenger took the picture for us...or I would have had to cut & paste us together. We paid it back though...another man came up the tower and we took a picture for him like ours. ;-)

A slow sail to start with so we decided we should motor as we had approx 30 miles to cover across the bank. Pam the new lure was launched and on her maiden swim she caught 2 barracuda, one very large and one about 2 foot long! Both had to be set loose as not safe to eat them when caught in shallow waters but maybe 3rd time lucky she will get a Tuna! Eric still has 10 fingers and thumbs but they put up a fight when trying to cut them free! Hatchet bay was lovely, a very narrow ...

A bit of a stormy day at Castaway Cay

... and this would be the case for much of the day at Castaway today, too, we would find out.

We woke up and got ready in beach attire and headed up to Cabanas for breakfast. It was pouring rain the entire time we ate but as we finished the rain subsided but the clouds didn’t. We were able to disembark the ship just before 9:30 and we found spots on the beach near Pelican’s Plunge (this is our ...
