... what we call an entree and the main meal is called a secondi. I ate it back to front.but I had a refreshing Italian birra or bear and it went down well. After allowing ourselves to have a little rest we continued on. I took Pamela past the Rialto Bridge, which is bridge that crosses the canal and is probably the Venice version of Florence's Pont Vecchio. ... glass blowing demonstrations ... So much concentration needed definitely not a trade for me. After a few purchases we have lunch then decide to the ferry to Rialto where we get onto a gondola for a ride of the canals. There is five if us on the gondola so only 16 euro each for a 25 minute ride. The waterways are so busy with gondolas ferries and service boats but it all seems to work ...
