    On Saturday we got up and got the bus to Young Island early as it was the Imperial students' last day. We relaxed on the beach until lunchtime where we got some food at the restaurant.     ... But the village itself feels very scruffy, and I feel quite self conscious following a path that meanders between the houses and shacks. This side of the country feels much poorer--gone are the beautiful villas of the south.
