          ... that is. Un huh. I found out there was an island nearby, other than the one on the resort. The second day I was here off I went to Anna Maria Island. It is a wonderful place with sugar sand beaches, great seaside cafes and bars and is just laid back as can be.           ... of Florida. Tomorrow we should be able to see the Everglades and, if all goes well, end our day in Key West!           ... in my mind) is that you rent directly at the beach! I could not imagine the same level of perfection when living across the street! Siesta Key is by far the most beautiful beach in the whole U.S.! The sand is like very smooth white powder and in the far horizon of the calm ocean you can sometimes catch a passing dolphin! Although we had no trouble getting on our feet for the hustle, we weren't sure whether to stand when they played the Canadian national anthem. Lucky John won $60 in the 50/50 draw, actually claimed the prize even though Larry warned him that visitors could buy the tickets but weren't eligible for the cash.
