Luxurious last few days in Bali

Do you chose fear i.e. your ego….or God?
... traumatic? It says that I am supposed to face the feelings…recognize them…embrace them…and then release them. How do I do that alone? I am not sure I can sit in the feelings of the fear, guilt, shock, pain, shame, betrayal, and utter terror I felt that night. Is that the only way I will be put back together?
