Andaman Beach Resort Krabi

So here i am in the internet cafe, one hour before my bus leaves to go to the airport. It's been an awesome holiday and I'm so glad i decided to do it. I just don't think i would have ever got a better chance than now. As with everything, as its the last post i suppose i should give some awards out, so here they are in no particular order:

I was also badgered into trying a B52 shot by Cluadia (a German girl who i'm pretty sure is a lesbian with her travelling partner) and was very nearly sick all over Hannah opposite me- not improved on my non adventurous drinking! We then went out to Chung bar and lit some lanterns and watched them float some flower things in to the sea- its one of their biggest festivals where they apologise to the water and earth for all the damage! ... curried fish, that had teeth for scales, as it bit back as we ate it... It was so hot it put tears in my eye, but the rice and vegetables were nice, and after we finished, we had to row out to a smaller beach because they wanted us to pay 200 baht to stay for longer than an hour. *******s. We were keeping an eye out for a tow back, because we had no chance of making it. Barnaby and his friends caught a boat to the island of Ko Phi Phi. While they were there they saw lots of reminders of the Tsunami that swept through the region in 2004. They also visited the surrounding islands, including the isalnd where 'The Beach' was filmed.

... to find decent accomodation for cheap. This was compounded by when arriving at the island by boat (the only way to get there) you get attacked by dozens of reps trying to take you to a hotel for the night. Thinking we'd be better off looking for ourselves, we dismissed them and took a look at the adverts on the walls of the agencies. Unfortunately for us, we were spotted doing this, and accosted on by another rep. In the end we gave in ...

... A dip in the Andaman sea in santa hats was also a box that was ticked this Christmas Day. That evening Kung arrived from Koh Samui and a nice gathering of 8 souls went for a Turkey and Duck dinner. It was a long way of off the mothers dinner but I can't complain given how far I was away from home. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on the beach is something I will not forget in a hurry.....

... Phi you may have seen the guy who walks around with the Gibbon dressed as a child. I do not like this monkey...he does not like me. The man made him chase me and kids laughed. On the walk home I asked Nadia for some legal advice on whether or not she thought I would be put in jail for bottling a monkey. She said yes, but I did not loosen my grip on my vodka cooler... evil evil monkey... Sorry just had to get that out. Rest of the night was good. Watched ...
