    Good day exploring Lincoln. Only drawback ... such steep streets. Climbed our way up to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle. Originally built in the time of William the Conquorer (11th centuary) when he wanted the two built so close because he didn't want to walk too far to church from home!!
    The town is built by a pretty river/canal in a deep valley. It was a real gem of a place. Had lunch with Robin and Stella on a boat restaurant. Enjoying fabulous ...

    ... stopped to see the horse which is currently being kept out near the canal. Then parked the cars and got the bikes onto the path. When I say path....
