... spring rolls to go. While we listened to Jack Johnson, eating our pad thai, a truck with a blaring loud speaker drove by us advertising a Muay Thai fight that night. We were so in. If any of you watch Departures, you would know that Justin and Scott go to a fight in Koh Phi Phi. Justin actually fights in the episode and I was determined to see what it was all about, first hand. Before the fights, we walked down to sunset beach, the beach on the other side of ...

... and asked what room I was in. I mumbled something about I meant id like to stay on the beach chair, to which loudly and politely said I would have to leave. A little embarrassing as several people were watching the scene go down. Little travel tip on crushing private beaches, don't use your own towel. We didn't feel like it was anywhere we wanted to rush back to and we never find the soul of the island. Everyone here seems to be from somewhere else or going somewhere else. We of course would never say never, but for us, there is so much more out there to explore and experience, that we would rather try somewhere else first.

... of drama wasn't our hotel, it was the same chain just in the wrong area! We were annoyed enough and it was made worse by the hotel basically refusing to help us get to their other hotel. They threw our bags on the floor and wouldn't help us with getting a taxi. In the end after a lot of talking to them, they got us a taxi which we paid more than we needed for. But we finally got to our hotel gone 10pm after a long day! In ...

      Sarah's broken foot!

... Sarah was quickly whisked away on the back of a motorbike to get an x-ray taken.

Sarah fractured her foot! The next thing we knew we were being told to run and pack a bag as we were being sent to a private hospital in Koh Samui! Ocean and I began sprinting back and forth to the hostel as we realised that in our rush we forgot to grab things (eg my glasses!). Sarah and I may have only left Koh Samui that morning but at 3.30 am we were on a ...
