"Kuaytiaw Kai Tun Coke" This famous small noodle stands across from the fancy Imperial Mae Ping Hotel in Chiang Mai. The chicken is marinated in cola overnight! A write up pasted on the window, advises that the upper crust guests from next door often sneak over for breakfast!!!! The roof within is covered with the writings of satisfied customers who scrawled their positive two cents about the joint! Price for famous cola chicken soup.....40 baht (39 Baht=$1)
