View of the rice paddy that surrounds the hotel we stayed at in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Our hotel was the small, yet lovely Tegal Sari. Here, we could have breakfast on our balcony and watch new rice plants be planted in the mud. At night, we look out our windows to see eels being caught in the paddies by farmers armed with flashlights.
