This picture's being loaded 5 months after it was taken in May. I have attempted to load photos with stories to this entry about five times, all of which have failed...am hoping for better luck this time!
Spring followed us as we traveled north, and almost everything had budded out by the time we reached Michigan, except for the one tree in the foreground of this photo. By the time we left in Mid-May, however, the rain and sun had done their job, and it, too had leaves.
