shepards trying to get their goats to cross the bridge but the goats want nothing to do with it. All year these shepards keep their goats in the upper Mustanbg region and bring them down for the Dishain festival. The festival is Hindu and last 10 days at the end of which every family slaughters a goat to celebrate. This was the first of many, many, many goat related traffic jams I expereince ont he last days of the trek and while in Pokhara.
