The first night I was in Sanaa, Kate and I went for a walk around the old city. The first curiousity we came across was a camel inside a buidling. This now-resting camel was hitched to the olive oil press in the middle. He walks around the press which drives the gears and creates fresh olive oil which the shop owner will happily sell to you.
