Sinking Bell Tower, Laoag, Philippines

This is Laoag's counterpart of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It sinks an inch a year to the ground. Located almost a hundred meters away from the St. William's Cathedral, the tower has sunk to the ground and leans slightly to the north.
