This is a long story. Basically, they promise one thing when we booked a day tour but tried to deliver something else when we took the tour. Lots are arguments (one seen here) and even the police got involved. But we got what was promised.

Many businesses in China don't care about customer satisfaction. One of the problems is the Chinese customers seem to accept this instead of demanding what was promised.
