Inswa, Kitwe, Zambia

These are Inswa...an insect used as a "relish"(side dish) and eaten with or without Nshima (a white mashed mais cornmeal type thing eaten at every lunch and supper!) All week they tried to get me to eat them...they were unsuccessful:)
