I chatted with (letīs call him Teofelo cuz I forgot his name) Teofelo for a bit by the piers of Lobitos. We talked about how the massive ships from Russian and Japan are coming close to the Peruvian coastline and catching tons of fish reducing the numbers significantly for the local fisherman. Each year they catch less fish.
