I'VE GOT IT!
It must be one of those aerial things. When you see it from the air the design alllllll makes sense. Okay, I'm not being fair. Looking at these photos it actually does look kind of cool. However, when you first see it in person you think, "What the hell? Is this some kind of joke?" It will be interesting to see what he does in NYC.
