This is the view from our room in La Paz. The hotel wasn't anything special but the view was great.
we went across the street to the market/plaza and got some really nice sandwiches made by Jaqueline - out of all the tiny eats places, fate must have drawn us to Jacqueline´s - we met her whole family while we were there eating, and went beach the next day
