.14 2nd Flat Tire, Tupiza, Bolivia

Our second flat tire occurred in this dry river bed they were using for a road. I have no idea what road they use when the river is full of water. The driver had to roll the flat tire into a nearby town for a repair since it was our 2nd flat of the day ... we were out of spare tires.
