The lion dance. As the lions weaved through the crowd, everyone would try to touch their head for good luck. We saw lion dancers not only at the temple, but throughout the city. Apparently there are roving bands of dancers who go all over the city performing the dance for a fee-there's even a troupe of lion dancers at the local public school who do performances as a fundraiser.
