Whale
We ate whale for the dinner. The smell of the meat during cooking was a little unattractive but the taste of the meat is good. For those of you who are concerned about the ethics, I believe that whale eating in Norway is OK. (If you think that eating meat in general is OK...) There are more than 100,000 Minke Whales in the North Atlantic and Norway has a hunting quote of approximately 500.
