4. Adam and Sanna Wally
We met Sanna on the beach. We got chatting, Sanna has rickets and his left lower leg is severly deformed. His Mum is blind and his brother 'isn't okay in the head', Sanna supports them both, primarily by begging. This photo was taken the next day after we met. We gave Sanna a new t-shirt and promised to send him a red tracksuit.
Then after we said goodbye I burst into tears!
