A picture of the streets of Florence taken not long after we arrived in town. The top of Florence's hugely impressive Dumo (cathedral) can be seen above the rooftops in the centre of the picture (more on that later). Of the people seen here we'd estimate 99% are tourists, with the other 1% being comprised jointly of the police and hawkers. Via por Santa Maria, Florence, Italy. August 28th 2007
