The Director of AU-CIDO, Dr. Jinmi Adisa, addressed the delegates gathered at the Tsavo Room before the commemcement of the composite elections. He used the occasion to welcome the delegates from Ghana, Mali, Guinea Conakry, Nigeria and the West Afrcian sub-region.
