A castle we went and visited from Brasov - by far the coolest one we've seen thus far. A MUST if you're ever in Transylvania. The building was finished in 1908 (or somewhere around there) so it had been all wired with electricity and even a central vaccuum system. The highlights - a very gothic entrance, incredible woodwork throughout, a library with chairs that had "cackeling" faces on them, the Ottoman-style smoking room (I want one...) and home-theatre (complete with stage). It's good to be king. So much so that now that communism is finished the descendant of the king is trying to get the castle back from the state!
