A. Here is the entire ex-pat team
North American volunteers are brought to Bangladesh to bring specific skills to the Bangladeshi MCC team. We occasioally all get together, as we are here after eating duck for the 2006 Thanksgiving meal.
We are a: HIV/AIDS program developer, handicrafts designer, English language teacher, community agricultural worker, HR and community development workers, and Country directors.
Ethel is the main ex-pat contact person; reviewing job descriptions, communicating with new workers, providing support services once people are in the Country. For most we are old enough to be their parents and in some case grandparents, but that doesn't seem to matter much and sometimes is a good thing.
